Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping – €12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking information provided

Free Shipping (Orders over €50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking information provided

Note: We currently do not ship to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Please check during checkout if your country is eligible for shipping.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (with some exceptions mentioned above). Please note:

  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations
  • These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may vary for international destinations

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium action figures, mini figures, play figures, play sets, and collectible figures. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it following the guidelines below.

General Return Conditions

  • You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return
  • Products must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange

Important: Due to their exclusive nature, collectible figures and limited edition play sets are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. This is clearly indicated on the product pages for these items.

Return Process

Step 1: Submit Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject: Retouraanvraag – [Your Order Number]
  • Body:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return (wrong product, damaged, not as described, etc.)
    • Preferred solution (refund or exchange for another product)
    • Confirmation that the product is in original condition with all packaging
    • Your full name and email address

Step 2: Return Approval & Instructions

Within 2 business days, you will receive an email with:

  • Approval of your return request
  • Return address and packaging instructions
  • A return label (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Carefully package the product and send it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Step 4: Return Processing

After we receive your return, we will inspect the product within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

Refunds

  • Refund timeframe: 5-10 business days after return approval
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Full purchase price excluding shipping costs (unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered)

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Select your desired alternative product in your return request
  • For price differences, you will receive a payment link or we will refund the difference
  • The new product will be shipped once we receive and approve your return

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrived damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  • Include photos of the damage/defect and the packaging
  • We will provide a free return label and arrange for replacement or refund

International Returns

For customers outside the Netherlands:

  • Return address is in the Netherlands (provided after return approval)
  • Shipping costs and any customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using registered mail for tracking and insurance

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our conditions, such as products damaged by misuse, missing parts, or products not in original condition.
